Omnēque is a luxury online marketplace where the best jewellery continues its journey to new owners. We are dedicated to helping precious things live on for a new generation at a time when what and how we buy says everything about who we are.

With lovers of jewellery top of mind, and an awareness of the new way in which consumers want to shop, we have curated an incredible selection of unique pre-owned pieces authenticated by top industry experts alongside spotlight partnerships showcasing the best collections from contemporary designer-makers. A true home of jewellery, Omnēque also offers a range of services from our concierge including Jewellery Sourcing, Remodelling and Bespoke Commissions.

We also feature a dedicated concierge offering a wide range of services including personal shopping, jewellery remodelling, jewellery sourcing, bespoke commissions, gem buying and bidding at auction.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can check out as a guest but registering gives you benefits including access to our concierge, easy order tracking and subscription to our newsletters.

How is my information kept safe?

We take protecting your personal information seriously and only share details as required for the purposes of fulfilling your order. For instance, we will share your address details with our shipping partners and merchants in order to ship and track your order but not with anyone else. What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Who authenticates the pre-owned jewellery in your marketplace?

Joanna Hardy authenticates our pre-owned fine & high jewellery. Joanna has over 30 years' experience working with jewellery, beginning her career as a goldsmith before joining De Beers as a rough diamond valuer. Joanna then went to work in Antwerp as a polished diamond dealer before joining Philips the auctioneers in London. She then moved to Sotheby’s in Bond Street and for fourteen years was their senior jewellery specialist and auctioneer, where she was responsible for jewellery auctions worldwide in New York, Geneva and London

 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

How do I place an order on the site?

You can shop direct from our marketplace from any of the listings by adding the item to your cart and then checking out via our payment page. You can check out as a guest or create an account. We accept a variety of payment options including most major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I view a piece in person before I buy?

Some of our pieces are available to view in person at a secure London location. If you live in the UK and want a piece shown to you at your home, we can arrange for in person viewings though fees may apply outside London postcodes. We use close protection security to facilitate in person viewings and safety is our first concern, and social distancing will be respected at all times. Contact us to find out more if you are interested in seeing any of our pieces in person.

Can I make a purchase over the phone?

Yes, you can make a purchase over the phone including by bank transfer. Get in touch with our Customer Service to find out more.

What payment methods do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Bank Transfer (for certain transactions).

Can I pay by bank transfer?

For certain high value pieces we will also accept bank transfers. Contact us to find out more about this option.

Are my payments secure?

All of our payments are secure. If you pay by credit card or PayPal, your payment will be held on account by our payment provider partner, Stripe. Once the return period has passed the money is then settled. If you decide within the returns period that you would like a refund, we will return the funds back to your original payment method.

For payments made by bank transfer, are processed in the same way.
